Conduit Re hosts BFIS interns for insight into Bermuda’s reinsurance sector
Students explore careers through structured placements and industry-led sessions
Conduit Re welcomed participants from the 2025 Bermuda Foundation for Insurance Studies (BFIS) Intro-to-Insurance Summer Intern Program for an afternoon of presentations and discussions focused on career opportunities in Bermuda’s reinsurance sector.
The program, which has been running for several years, provides structured internships in Bermuda, London, and Chicago. Interns participate in a two- to three-week curriculum designed to offer a foundational understanding of the reinsurance business.
Student selection is based on a competitive application process that includes essay submissions and completion of introductory courses such as Insurance Essentials through The Institutes CPCU Society.
